When you first download InnoCaption Video, be sure to allow the requested permissions (Notifications, Camera, Microphone, Contacts) so the app can work properly. If you need to adjust your permission settings, follow the steps below.
To allow permissions on iPhone
From your phone's home screen, open the Settings app
Tap Apps
Tap InnoCaption Video
Tap Contacts
Select Full Access
Tap Allow Full Access
Make sure the toggles next to Microphone and Camera are ON (green)
Tap Notifications
Make sure the toggles next to Allow Notifications, Sounds, and Badges are ON (green)
To allow permissions on Android
From your phone's home screen, open the Settings app
Tap Apps
Tap InnoCaption Video
Tap Permissions
Make sure Camera, Contacts, Microphone, and Notifications are listed under Allowed. If any of these permissions are not allowed, tap them and select Allow
