For the most seamless experience, you can invite friends to download the app and call each other directly.
To invite a contact on iPhone
Open the InnoCaption Video app
Tap All contacts
If contact permission has not been allowed yet, follow the steps below:
Tap Continue
Tap Open Settings
Tap Contacts
Select Full Access
Tap Allow Full Access
Go back to InnoCaption Video and tap All contacts again
Tap Invite next to the desired contact
If the contact is an InnoCaption Video user, they will receive a notification with your invitation. If they are not an InnoCaption Video user yet, tap the Send button to send them the invite message.
To invite a contact on Android
Open the InnoCaption Video app
Tap All contacts
If contact permission has not been allowed yet, follow the steps below:
Tap Continue
Tap Open Settings
Tap Permissions
Tap Contacts
Tap Allow
Go back to InnoCaption Video and tap Continue again
Tap Invite next to the desired contact
If the contact is an InnoCaption Video user, they will receive a notification with your invitation. If they are not an InnoCaption Video user yet, tap the app you want to use to send them the invitation, enter their phone number or email address, and tap Send.
To accept an InnoCaption Video invite
Download and open the InnoCaption Video app (for full instructions, see Get started with InnoCaption Video)
Tap the green Approve button to accept the new contact
